Open Joint-Stock Company "Electroprivod" is a research-and-production organization specializing in the creation of electrotechnical complexes, automatic electric drives of various types and purposes for alternating and direct current in the range of power from 1 kW up to 20 mW and low-voltage complete devices. 

Founded in 1942, in all of its development stages Electroprivod was one of the leading organizations of the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation, engaged in research, development and manufacture of electric drives.  The enterprise it still specialized in the development and production of electric drives. 

OJSC "Electroprivod" merges 9 research centers engaged in the development and implementation of electric drives, or sets of electric drives of any complexity, separate devices and electric drive components; performs works of reconstruction and technical re-equipment of electric drives; provides complex diagnostic study of electric equipment of any site and recommendations about its modernization and effective utilization.

ELECTRIC POWER INDUSTRY

• Control and protection systems of nuclear power plants.
• Electric drives of powerful pumps for nuclear power stations (including one with power 5000 kW for the Beloyarskaya atomic power plant).
