On February 7th, 2008 the blessing sacrament of JSC "Invertor" was held
Valentin, the Orenburg and Buzuluk metropolite, held in person the blessing sacrament in the plant premises. After the prayer and a short sermon, the Reverend blessed the factory and the staff for new production successes.

Human resources are the greatest value and the basis of every company achievement.  Development and motivation of the personnel is provided by planning, education and a system of career realization for the employees, who are treated with the best conditions for professional and personal growth. Within the frame of the agreements reached with the relevant technical institutes, trainings of students are carried out annually in our factory premises, with the purpose of the practical preparation of qualified specialists.

The social policy of the company contemplates the creation of favorable conditions for work and rest of the employees, the realization of a whole complex of social measures for their support, improvement of enterprise territories, and active participation in federal and municipal social programs.

The Company holds an active position in the organization and carrying out of charitable and cultural projects, both of own initiative and in cooperation with authorities and partners in the regions where the Group is present. Every year orphanages and schools receive sponsorship support, and tours and open days for first graders, as well as children holidays, are organised.

The Company pays great attention to the physical development and health of its employees.  Regular sport competitions unite the team, and improve mood and corporate spirits. Employees have the chance to meet in volleyball, mini football, table-tennis tournaments etc.  Combined teams regularly take part in their city competitions and play friendly matches against teams of other Group enterprises.

Production and products of the Group enterprises meet the requirements of industrial and environmental safety. Every plant regularly holds ecological controls of industrial emissions and air in its pertinent sanitary area. Atmosphere emissions do not exceed allowed  standards and tend to reduction. The Company keeps a strict account of the emissions with the purpose of reducing, reusing where possible and finally eliminating them.
