On February 7th, 2008 the blessing sacrament of JSC "Invertor" was held
Valentin, the Orenburg and Buzuluk metropolite, held in person the blessing sacrament in the plant premises. After the prayer and a short sermon, the Reverend blessed the factory and the staff for new production successes.

The groupof companies INSOL (CJSC "Promyshlennye resheniya") was founded in 2007 to implementstrategic investment projects in Russia's electrotechnical industry.

INSOL offers its customers complexsolutions to electric-power supply matters, rendering a full spectrum ofservices in the implementation of "turnkey" projects for oil, gas,electric power, mining, metallurgical and other backbone branches of theRussian economy. 

As of today, INSOL mergesfour leading electrotechnical enterprises specializing in the development ofstandard and individual solutions and in the manufacture of components andsystem products for the low and medium voltage segment.

CurrentlyINSOL merges four leading electrotechnical enterprises.

The enterprises of theGroup operate in the territories of Moscow, Krasnoyarsk region, Orenburg area, Jewishautonomous region (OJSC "Electroprivod", OJSC "Divnogorskiyplant of low-voltage devices ", OJSC "Inverter" Plant, OJSC "ETC Birobidzhan Power Transformers Plant").

In 2008 theconfiguration of a strategic assets portfolio and the preparation for IPO inthe Russian and international trading platforms are planned.
